Code of Conduct

Ranui Swanson FC has an active Code of Conduct that applies to all members, including the Committee, Coaches, Managers, Players, and Sideline Supporters. The Code of Conduct is available online and will be attached at the end of this document.

Adherence to this code is mandatory to ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment for all. This includes proper conduct on and off the field, including at training sessions, match days, and club events.

Reporting Issues & Complaints

  • Any team issues, complaints, or match reports must be submitted to the Club Captain and Club Secretary within 24 hours of the incident or game.
  • Issues should be documented clearly, with relevant details such as date, time, location, individuals involved, and any evidence if available.
  • The club reserves the right to escalate issues to NRF when necessary. However, whenever possible, the club may choose to resolve issues internally before involving NRF.
  • Anonymous complaints are discouraged as they hinder fair investigations. However, all complaints will be handled confidentially where possible.

Dispute Resolution Process

  • If a team or individual disagrees with how an issue is being handled, they should first raise the concern with the Club Captain.
  • If the matter remains unresolved, they may escalate the issue to NRF for further review.
  • Any disciplinary actions taken by the club will be documented, and involved parties will be informed of the outcome.
