At RSFC, our mission is to empower women and girls through football, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring environment where players of all ages and abilities can thrive. We are committed to breaking barriers, promoting leadership, and ensuring equal opportunities both on and off the pitch.

As the only club in Auckland led by a female President, Treasurer, and Secretary, we take pride in championing representation and diversity in football. Our goal is to create a strong, connected community where every player feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential—whether they are just beginning their journey or striving for competitive excellence.

Through skill development, teamwork, and a passion for the game, RSFC is dedicated to shaping confident athletes and future leaders in sport and beyond.
